About the Dietitian:
My Approach
My Background
What it’s like to work with me
I believe nutrition support should feel practical, compassionate, and realistic.
As a registered dietitian, my work is grounded in evidence-based nutrition - but just as importantly, it’s tailored to you. Your preferences, your experiences, your health history, and your capacity all matter.
When we work together, we focus on:
-
Building habits that fit into your real life.
-
Reducing guilt and “all-or-nothing” thinking around food.
-
Supporting both physical health and your relationship with eating.
-
Making changes at a pace that feels manageable and sustainable.
There are no rigid rules, no moralizing food choices, and no expectation of perfection.
Sessions are conversational, collaborative, and judgement-free.
We start by talking about what’s been challenging for you and how you’d like to feel - whether that’s more energy, better digestion, improved metabolic health, weight loss, reduced chronic disease risk, or simply feeling calmer around food.
From there, we work together to create small, meaningful steps that build confidence over time. You don’t need to have all the answers, and you don’t need to know exactly what you need before reaching out.
I’m a registered dietitian with experience supporting adults in a variety of settings, including community health, cancer care, telehealth, and clinical care. This background allows me to support a wide range of concerns, including mental health and brain health, metabolic health, weight concerns, and chronic disease prevention.
