About the Dietitian
Bite-Sized Pieces was founded by myself, Sarah Walters, an experienced Registered Dietitian who is passionate about helping people improve both physical and mental health through creating healthy habits.
I have worked for several years helping people learn about nutrition and make lifestyle behaviour change. My work experience has included providing nutrition counselling at BC Cancer Agency and through tele-health services at HealthLink BC.
My additional nutrition counselling training through the Dietitians of Canada Counselling for Behaviour Change course has further equipped me with strategies to help people create long-lasting habits.
